How long are the leases here?

Leases at St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center vary in length. For our co-working and incubation spaces, leases can last anywhere from 1-8 years, with an ideal length of 5 years. Our 2nd-floor office space is built for an anchor tenant, meaning a more long-term lease would be required of anyone looking to move into this space.

What hours will I have access to the building?

As a member, you will recieve a key card that grants you full access to the building 24 hours every day.

What is the price per square foot for the spaces here?

The pricing of our spaces will vary by space. Looking to rent our light industrial space or our long-term 2nd-floor office space? You can find our pricing under the 'spaces' tab on our site. Our co-working space, semi-private cubicles, and private office space are purchased per month.

What hours will the building be staffed?

St. Croix Valley Business Innovation Center always tries to have a staff member on hand during our regular hours of 9-4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Can I leave my belongings at the center?

Yes! For members using our co-working space, we provide lockers for you to store any belongings you would like to leave at the center. For anyone renting a cubicle or private office space, these include bigger locking cabinets for any items you would like to keep here.

What printing options are available?

We offer printing for smaller-scale documents when staff are actively present in the front reception area. For large quantities/large-scale documents, it is expected that you provide your own printing options.

What level of internet is provided?

We provide free fiber optic WiFi for a more secure connection for longer-term leases, it is recommended to provide your own internet connection.

Is there a breakroom/kitchen?

Three Square Market, one of our generous sponsors, has provided a full service cafe that includes a cooler system, a wide assortment of food, and a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave and storage. Free coffee/tea are provided.

For our conference/training rooms, we provide access to fiber optic WiFi, projector (training room), microphone, AV set up, portable whiteboards and a customizeable room setup.
